My practice covers couples counselling, marriage therapy, individual therapy, and specialized support for first responders and veterans.

I’ll explain what therapy is, my approach, and how we can work together to address your needs. This session is a chance for you to see if we are a good fit and if you are comfortable with proceeding in therapy.
